1. APPEAL OF SITE PLAN REVIEW AND GRADING PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2008-00483): 30 Stallion Road / Barto (AH)
            To review the staff report click here

Request: A request to overturn the Director’s denial of a Site Plan Review and Grading Permit, denying the addition of 3,813 square feet of habitable space to the existing 4,605 square foot residence, including 320 cubic yards of grading.

Action Deadline: None

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2009-___, thereby denying the appeal and upholding the Director’s previous decision of May 5, 2009.

Request: A request to trim and/or remove foliage located at 3141 Deluna Drive, in order to restore the views from 3311 Starline Drive and 3257 Starline Drive.

Action Deadline: None

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2009-___, approving Case No. VRP 2007-00033 to trim and/or remove foliage on the property located at 3141 Deluna Drive in order to restore the applicants’ view.
