Request: A request to construct a 131 square foot first floor addition and 1,467 square foot second floor addition to the existing 1,807 square foot residence (garage included). The overall height of the residence will measure 25’-0” as measured from the highest ridgeline to the lowest finished grade adjacent to the foundation/slab.
Action Deadline: May 15, 2011
Recommendation: As the applicant has revised the proposed project to address Staff’s previous concerns related to neighborhood compatibility, building height and privacy concerns, Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2011-__, thereby conditionally approving the Height Variation and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2010-00331) to allow the construction of a new two-story addition to an existing single-story residence.
