Request: A request for a one-time, one-year extension of the approval for Case No. ZON2009-00469, thereby setting the final expiration date as July 13, 2012.

Action Deadline: None

Recommendation: Grant a one-time, one-year extension of the approval for Case No. ZON2009-00469 (Conditional Use Permit Revision and Sign Permit) for the property located at 27774 Hawthorne Blvd. (Chevron Gas Station and Car Wash), thereby setting the final expiration date as July 13, 2012, with all conditions of approval remaining in full force and effect.

Request: A request to demolish the existing 1-story, detached 402 square foot garage and portions of the existing 2,684 square foot residence, and to construct a new 517 square foot 2-car, attached garage and 766 square feet of additions to the front and western side of an existing 2-story residence, involving 105 cubic yards of proposed cut to lower the driveway and garage 4’-0” in depth.

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2011-__; Approving, with conditions, Case No.
ZON2011-00064, for a Height Variation, Grading and Site Plan Review Permit.

3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVISION (CASE NO. ZON2011-00131): 27501 Western Ave. / AT&T (SK)

Request: A request to remove six existing 4’ AT&T antennas and install twelve new 8’ AT&T antennas in the same location behind existing screens on the Cloisters Mausoleum building located at the northeastern portion of Green Hills Memorial Park cemetery. The request also includes installation of a new equipment cabinet within the existing lease area.

Action Deadline: August 7, 2011

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2011-__; thereby approving a Conditional Use Permit Revision (Case No. ZON2011-00131).
