OVERVIEW
The Recreation and Parks Department is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive park system and numerous community activities.  The Recreation and Parks Department manages five programs: Administration, Recreational Facilities, Special Events, Point Vicente Interpretive Center (PVIC), and the REACH program
