Formerly a Nike Missile Base, this passive park site surrounds the City’s civic center. A sand volleyball court, tennis court, and open grassy areas are available. There are spectacular views of the ocean and this is the site of the City's annual July 4th Independence Day Celebration. Dogs must be on a leash.
