THE ARTISTS

Taking their enigmatic name Pantoum from the 2nd movement of the Ravel Trio, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra Assistant Concertmaster Tereza Stanislav and Long Beach Symphony Orchestra Principal Cellist Cécilia Tsan are joined by acclaimed Los Angeles-based pianist Bryan Pezzone, sitting in for Robert Edward Thies, who is on a North American concert tour.

Tereza Stanislav, violinViolinist Tereza Stanislav was appointed assistant concertmaster of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra in 2003. She was a founding member of the Enso String Quartet, which won First Prize of the 2003 Concert Artists Guild, Chamber Music Yellow Springs, and Fischoff competitions and Second Prize of the Banff International String Quartet Competition.
 

Cécilia Tsan, celloBorn in Versailles, France, Cécilia Tsan studied with the same teacher as her childhood friend Yo-Yo Ma. She graduated summa cum laude with top honors from Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. Cécilia won prizes at the Barcelona International Competition and the Florence International Competition as well as the Debussy Prize at the Paris International Competition held by the Guilde Française des Artistes Solistes. She is a concerto soloist and Principal Cellist of the Long Beach Symphony.
 

Bryan Pezzone, pianoPianist Bryan Pezzone is the consummate cross-over pianist who excels in classical, contemporary, Jazz, and experimental genres and is well known to aficionados for his versatility and virtuosity as a collaborative pianist, recording and performing artist, improviser, and composer.
