OUR MISSION

The Rancho Palos Verdes Council of Homeowners Associations (CHOA) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation. Organized in 1979, CHOA’s mission is to provide a forum to discuss and debate important issues affecting the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, as well as its members and to speak with one voice when influencing is appropriate.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

If your homeowner association is located within the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, it is eligible to join. If you are an individual who resides in Rancho Palos Verdes where there is no homeowners association, you may join as an Associate Member. Sooner or later your association is going to need the CHOA’s clout so why not join now! All you have to do is complete a Membership Application form: mail it along with your payment of $45 annual dues, which covers your entire association. The CHOA Board of Directors will review your application and send you an acceptance letter.
