About Us

What Can You Do?

Our community needs to get vocal with the FAA and let them know exactly what we think.  Plus, we need to enlist the help of our elected representatives, especially our Congressman, Dana Rohrabacher.

Write letters.  They count, and let everyone know that this problem is important to us.

Things to mention in a letter can include:

  • You have noticed a significant increase in the noise, and are disturbed by it.
  • You are concerned about the potential pollution and safety issues these frequent flights raise.
  • You believe the only real solution is to have the planes directed completely away from Palos Verdes.
  • You want the FAA to follow its own rules, and not move noise from other communities into ours.
  • You want the FAA made to commit to a reasonable, near term time frame for finding a complete solution to this problem.
  • You want the FAA working to protect the American public, not the airline's corporate profitability.

Here's who you should write to.  It's fine to write a single letter to one of these entities or individuals, and then just send copies for everyone else.
